He has also claimed victory at the South West Regionals in street lifting and is ranked among the UK's top 5 street lifters in the under 73kg category.
With years of experience in calisthenics and competitive sports, Lucas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching. His goal is to share his insights and help others achieve their fitness aspirations through personalized and effective training programs.
